The Imposter Syndrome: Becoming an Authentic Leader

Author(s)

Harold Hillman

This brilliant book by Harold Hillman PhD, is clearly written by someone who has personally been down the self-awareness/enlightenment path. He deals honestly and empathetically with what all leaders must experience at some point in their career, if not often – self-doubt and questioning. If you don’t experience self-doubt you should probably worry because a dose of it now and again can provide a well needed grounding. If you experience it too often it can be incredibly debilitating. In this book you will discover how to recognise what often lies underneath the self-doubt and how to overcome it to become a better leader, confident in your abilities and true to yourself.
