We use various modalities in our leadership and culture consulting work – straight consulting, coaching, programmes, workshops and seminars. We work closely with your organisation’s leadership as well as its HR/People & Culture professionals to align intentions, actions and results. Our commitment is always to bridge the gap between what an organisation espouses as their culture and the reality of bringing it to life in people’s day to day interactions with one another and stakeholders.
This is done with the organisation’s leaders and includes supporting the HR and People and Culture Managers in its implementation. This work can commence with the development of the organisation’s Purpose, Mission, Values and Behaviours or work with existing material. It often commences as a result of a leadership team participating in one of our team programmes.
We customise our cultural surveys based on an organisation’s existing Values, Leadership Framework and desired behaviours. These surveys allow an organisation to see where its cultural strengths and weaknesses lie and allow for the development of a clear strategy with targeted activities.
These are also customised to reflect the organisation’s existing values and behaviours. Our view is that introducing a one size fits all survey that references attributes and behaviours that are not directly related to what already exists in your organisation risks unclarity and confusion.
This survey involves getting feedback from a leadership team’s stakeholders – internal and external – on its performance as a team. It provides valuable data on both the strengths and weaknesses of the team allowing targeted corrective action where needed. This survey is often used prior to and at the completion of our Leadership Team Programme.
These are customised to support the integration of an organisation’s leadership & culture strategy and to build alignment and engagement with employees.
